How It Works

From request to clock-out

Request

Hit "Request This Shift" and pick Maker or Manager. Check "I can drive" if you can take the truck.

Get Approved

Jason reviews every request and texts you if you're on the shift.

Get Reminded

The day before, you'll get a text with the address and arrival time.

Show Up & Serve

Arrive on time, check in with your event lead, and sling some pizza.

What to Wear

Sal's crew shirt + hat
Black pants or shorts
Closed-toe, non-slip shoes
Layers for outdoor events

What to Bring

Fully charged phone
Water bottle
Sunscreen or rain jacket
Food handler card (if you have one)

On Arrival

Arrive at the arrival time, not the service time
Check in with your event lead
Help set up before service
Stay for breakdown and cleanup

FAQ

Questions

What if I need to drop a shift?

Contact Jason as early as possible, at least 48 hours before the event, so we can find coverage.

How do I know I'm confirmed?

You'll get a confirmation text from us. If you haven't heard back, you're not confirmed yet.

What roles are there?

Every event has a Manager and a Maker. Events over 250 guests get two Makers. One person on the crew also drives the truck, so if you can drive, check "I can drive" on the form.

Where do I park?

Parking details are in your reminder text. If you can't find it, call your event lead when you arrive.

What if the weather is bad?

If an event is cancelled or moved, we'll text everyone on the shift right away.
